Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The balance will be required 10 weeks
before your arrival date. NO FURTHER REMINDERS WILL BE SENT AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO
REMEMBER TO SEND THE FULL BALANCE. Approximately one week before your stay, you will receive an e-mail,
giving you instructions on how to get to the property and details of the lock box code where your key is kept. |

(inc the bond). THIS CAN BE SENT AS ONE CHEQUE. |

With respect we are not able to extend the date of the final payment. Failure to make payment by the due date will
result in the booking being offered to another party. Only in the event of being able to re-let the cottage and on
confirmation of another party’s booking, will your deposit be returned less an administration fee of £25.00. We
