WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE AT BROSTERFIELD FARM


We would like to welcome you to Brosterfield Farm with the reassurance that the safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is always our priority. You can rest assured that we’ll be going above and beyond the strict government guidelines.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All cottages will have been cleaned and disinfected using hospital grade chemicals.Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched areas and items – light switches, door handles, lamps, radios, TV remotes, thermostats, bathroom surfaces, all hard surfaces and more.Prior to arrival all guests will be asked to confirm if they or any of their party have shown symptoms. Unfortunately, those currently with symptoms, or self-isolating will be asked to visit at a future date.

UPON ARRIVAL
We will offer contactless check in and key collection.Payment will be taken prior to arrival.

DURING YOUR STAY
Your cottage will be thoroughly cleaned, Hand sanitizer at the entrance of each property and the communal refuge area.

WHEN LEAVING
We are asking all guests to strip the beds and put in fresh laundry bags and leave the windows open before leaving.Our cleaners will wear protective gloves before entering the property to clean and follow upgraded procedures.Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched areas and items.

All linen and towels will be cleaned using our commercial grade equipment and freshly made for each arrival.

Cancellations Due to Covid19

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID19 GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS & REFUND/TRAVEL INSURANCES

We are now offering a refund insurance offered by a company called “Booking Protect”.   This is due to the fact that we use a booking platform called Anytime Booking for our calendars and booking enquiries. They have been approved by Anytime Booking and hence it is sitting on our platform should guests wish to purchase it.  

Please note that it is not a comprehensive travel insurance and seems to focus on refunds due to limited circumstances for not being able to come on holiday, (it does NOT cover for all aspects of self isolation. If you are interested, we would advice you to read fully the terms and conditions they are offering and if you have any questions to ring them (T: (UK) 0800 917 6170).  The price of the insurance is calculated at 7% on the overall booking.

We do not stipulate or recommend that you take out this insurance.  However, we do strongly recommend that travel insurance is taken out to protect you for the level of cover you deem necessary for your stay, yourself and anyone staying with you during your stay.

GOVERNMENT LOCKDOWNS AND RESTRICTIONS
If you cannot travel due to our business being told to close due to Covid19 restrictions or if the area that you live in is facing travel restrictions which legally stops you from travelling to us, we will issue you a refund or offer you a deferral if this is your preferred option.
